Your job is NOT to redesign the whole Kaia product family. Your job is NOT to modify code yet. Your job is to inspect the supplied current Serial builds and report what must change so that Kaia Serial can operate independently from Kaia Counter. ================================================== TARGET FILES ================================================== Primary: - Kaia-Serial-Standard-v1.1.6-RC(9).zip - Kaia-Serial-Creative-v1.1.4(7).zip Counter may be inspected ONLY as a reference when necessary to understand an existing Serial dependency. Do not modify Counter. ================================================== CURRENT PRODUCT DECISION ================================================== Kaia Serial must become independently usable. The following must be valid configurations: - Counter only - Timestamp only - PDF only - Serial only - PDF + Serial - Timestamp + PDF - Counter + Serial - Counter + Timestamp + Serial + PDF - other combinations allowed by the common switchboard Important example: A user may want: Counter OFF Timestamp OFF Serial ON PDF ON They must be able to issue/use a PDF with a Serial without requiring Counter issuance. Therefore: COUNTER IS NOT THE PARENT OF SERIAL. Serial must not require Counter merely in order to exist, issue a serial, own a Refill, or participate in WEB output. ================================================== CORE ARCHITECTURE ================================================== PAPER STAYS HOME. ONLY INFORMATION CROSSES THE PRODUCT BOUNDARY. REFILLS ARE INDEPENDENT. ROUTING IS SHARED. Serial Refill belongs to Serial. Counter Refill belongs to Counter. PDF Refill belongs to PDF. Timestamp Refill belongs to Timestamp. Do not create a shared Refill object. Do not solve independence by moving product data into a common global structure. ================================================== COMMON SHORTCODE SWITCHBOARD ================================================== Shortcode routing is moving to a shared switchboard. Conceptually: Counter [ON/OFF] [Refill] Timestamp [ON/OFF] [Refill] Serial [ON/OFF] [Refill] PDF [ON/OFF] [Refill] [OK!] Confirmed configuration produces the correct Shortcode cluster for WEB use. OFF means EMPTY. Serial is an optional plugin (OP). If Serial is not installed, its switchboard seat is unavailable/disabled. If Serial is installed, its seat can be used. Do NOT invent additional entitlement/permission layers. The switchboard owns routing only. It does NOT own: - Serial data - Serial Refill contents - Serial ledger - Serial issuance logic - Counter data - PDF data - Stock - product capacity/business logic Related Shortcodes currently generated independently inside products are expected to move to the common switchboard. Do not implement the switchboard in this task. ================================================== KNOWN LEGACY SUSPICIONS ================================================== Previous first-pass inspection found possible legacy coupling including: 1. Serial obtaining its Project/Refill choices from: Kaia_Counter_Free::instances() 2. Related Shortcodes assuming the same ID across: Counter Timestamp Serial PDF 3. Serial issuance depending on Counter issuance gate / latest issuance event. These are SUSPICIONS/TARGETS FOR AUDIT. Do not blindly delete them. Inspect their actual use and dependencies. ================================================== IMPORTANT PRODUCT BOUNDARY ================================================== Serial Standard is responsible for Serial issuance/management and ledger output. Known Standard boundary: - issuance / management - MD/TXT ledger export Public reverse lookup / verification belongs to Creative. Series metadata includes: Series: Kaia Memoria Do not accidentally move Creative-only functionality into Standard. Do not remove valid Serial functionality merely because it currently touches Counter. Instead determine whether the Counter dependency is: A. genuinely required Serial business logic, B. legacy coupling caused by the old architecture, C. routing/Shortcode coupling moving to the switchboard, D. compatibility code that may need a migration path, E. unclear and therefore WATCH. ================================================== YOUR TASK ================================================== Perform a READ-ONLY audit. DO NOT EDIT THE PLUGINS. Trace Serial Standard and Serial Creative sufficiently to identify: 1. Every meaningful dependency on Counter. 2. Every place where Serial identity, Refill identity, Project identity, issuance, storage, ledger, UI, Shortcode, or runtime behavior assumes Counter exists. 3. Every same-ID assumption between Serial and another product. 4. Every Related Shortcodes / WEB-routing responsibility that can leave Serial and move to the common switchboard. 5. What Serial currently uses as its persistent state. 6. What must become Serial-owned for true independence. 7. Any compatibility/migration risk if Counter ownership is removed. 8. Differences between Standard and Creative that must remain intact. 9. Any code that looks obsolete after independence but cannot yet be safely removed. 10. Any hidden dependency that could make this valid configuration fail: Counter OFF Serial ON PDF ON ================================================== CLASSIFICATION ================================================== Classify findings as: STAY Valid Serial-owned responsibility. Keep it in Serial. MOVE Responsibility belongs to the Common Shortcode Switchboard. RETIRE Legacy dependency that should disappear after Serial independence. REBUILD Valid functionality whose current implementation depends on Counter and therefore needs a Serial-owned replacement. WATCH Unclear, risky, compatibility-sensitive, or requires a product decision before modification. Do not use RETIRE merely because code is old. Do not use REBUILD merely because you dislike an implementation. ================================================== REJECTION / SAFETY RULES ================================================== Do not repair anything during this audit. Do not casually clean unrelated code. Do not redesign UI. Do not modify Counter. Do not modify Timestamp. Do not modify PDF. Do not create a new cross-product manager. Do not invent synchronization tables unless absolutely required. Do not assume latest code is automatically correct. If something is unclear: WATCH it. If it belongs outside your assignment: "I DON'T KNOW. OUT OF SCOPE. DO NOT TOUCH." is an acceptable engineering result. 知らん。そこは触らん★ ================================================== DESIGN PREFERENCE ================================================== Prefer the solution that makes Serial dumber. Reduce: - states - branches - cross-product ownership - synchronization - hidden dependencies - special cases - required knowledge of other products Do NOT optimize for cleverness. A good target architecture looks approximately like: Serial ├─ owns Serial Refills ├─ owns Serial issuance ├─ owns Serial records/ledger ├─ owns Serial-specific output └─ exposes only the minimum boundary needed by shared routing Common Switchboard └─ decides whether/which Serial Refill participates in WEB output Counter └─ does not own Serial ================================================== DELIVERABLE ================================================== Return an audit report to the supervising Kaia. Use this structure: # SERIAL INDEPENDENCE AUDIT ## 1. Current Architecture Brief factual description based on actual code. ## 2. Counter Dependencies For each dependency: - location/function - what it does - why it exists - classification: STAY / MOVE / RETIRE / REBUILD / WATCH ## 3. Serial Persistent State List the actual Serial-owned and Counter-derived state. ## 4. Refill / Project Ownership Explain what currently owns Serial addresses/Refills and what must change for independence. ## 5. Issuance Dependency Trace the current issuance path. Explicitly answer: "Can Serial currently issue without Counter?" If NO, identify exactly what blocks it. ## 6. Shortcode / WEB Routing Identify responsibilities that should move to the Common Switchboard. ## 7. Standard vs Creative Identify differences that must survive the migration. ## 8. Migration Risks Especially existing saved data, IDs, ledgers, compatibility, and runtime behavior. ## 9. Proposed Independence Boundary Describe the smallest clean boundary. Do NOT implement it. ## 10. Retirement Candidates List only code/state whose responsibility is clearly superseded. ## 11. WATCH / BLOCK Anything the supervising Kaia must resolve before implementation. ## 12. Verdict Answer whether Serial independence appears: - SIMPLE - MODERATE - HIGH-RISK and explain why briefly. ================================================== CHECK LOG ================================================== End with: CHECK TARGET: SOURCE BUILDS: AUDIT MODE: READ ONLY COUNTER DEPENDENCIES FOUND: SAME-ID ASSUMPTIONS: ROUTING RESPONSIBILITIES: SERIAL-OWNED STATE: MIGRATION WATCH: BLOCK: RESULT: ================================================== STOP CONDITION ================================================== Once the audit report is complete: STOP. Do not begin implementation. Do not create a revised ZIP. Do not "helpfully" fix anything. Return the report to the supervising Kaia for review. [ASSISTANT] うい。新人Kaia、**指示書どおり READ ONLY で両方のZIPを展開して実コードを追った。** Counter本体には触れていない。コード変更・ZIP生成もしてない。親方へそのまま返せる形で報告する。 # SERIAL INDEPENDENCE AUDIT ## 1. --- ## 2. Counter Dependencies ### A. Counter issuance gate **Location** Standard: - `counter_issue_state()` - `counter_number()` - `ajax_counter_ready()` - `ajax_issue()` Creative: - 同等処理 - 加えて `reserve_one()` - `ajax_finalize()` **What it does** Counterの公開socket: - `kaia_counter_free_get_issuance_gate()` - `kaia_counter_free_get_latest_issuance_event()` を読み、現在のCounterが - accepting - locked - completed - issued_numberあり の場合だけSerialを発行可能にする。 Refill / Project `
