Kaia Planet Registry v0.1.4

v0.1.4 candidate:
- Numbering and Content Identity are independent decisions.
- Numbering: New / Hold.
- Content Identity: Inherit / New / Hold.
- VOID CNTs cannot be inherited.
- PLG is content_type, not a parallel identity namespace.
- Top and bottom Register buttons.
- CNT index copy + TXT download from one generator.
- Formal future void handling; issued numbers are retained and not reused.
- Excel 2007-compatible XLSX and CSV retained.
- Existing option names and install folder preserved.

This candidate deliberately does NOT auto-delete pre-v0.1.4 debug records.
Check live data before one-time cleanup.

Install folder: kaia-registry-v0.1.0/
Options: kaia_planet_registry_rows / kaia_planet_registry_cnt

Candidate-3 runtime refinement:
- Registration result now displays/copies the independently issued KS document number even when Content Identity is HOLD.
- Upper and lower CNT index Copy/TXT controls are retained.

Candidate-4 transfer/update:
- Copied forward from Candidate-3; existing folder name, option names, two-axis registration, exports, upper/lower controls, result display, and void logic retained.
- CNT index output is now highest/newest CNT first for faster issuance-state checking. Copy and TXT still use the same generator.
- Native browser void confirmation is replaced with a larger Registry modal positioned around center/slightly lower, showing the target management ID and non-reuse warning, with explicit Cancel / Void actions.
- Kaia one-paste guidance no longer asks Kaia to output Registry-managed serial, document_no, identity_type, or management_id. identity_no remains available only for explicit CNT inheritance.
- Manual form hides Registry-managed serial, document_no, and identity_type fields; identity_no remains available for inheritance.
- Pre-v0.1.4 debug cleanup remains deliberately separate from formal VOID handling.

Candidate-4 Company Master update:
- Company identifier is preserved as an independent axis instead of being fixed to KS or removed.
- Company Master uses a CNT-like registered-master model. Existing Kaia Spec is seeded as Kaia Spec [KS].
- Registration selects an ACTIVE Company from the master; one-paste input no longer asks Kaia to type company manually.
- New Company entries require a company name and Company Code.
- Company Code collisions are blocked case-insensitively after trimming; the Registry does not invent an alternate code.
- Company Code permits ASCII letters, digits, and hyphens; punctuation variants such as KS vs K-S are not silently normalized into one code.
- Existing installations lazily initialize the Company Master if the new option is absent.
- Company Master option: kaia_planet_registry_company

CANDIDATE-7 test note: ONE-PASTE accepts company_name / company_code for confirmed new companies; issuance enforces company-code uniqueness and similar-name review. Company search matches both company name and Company Code.

CANDIDATE-8 Company Index / paste-only new-company update:
- Company Master now has an internal, non-reused Company No counter. Existing legacy Company rows are lazily assigned Company No values; Kaia Spec begins at Company No 1 when it is the only legacy entry.
- Company INDEX Copy/TXT is generated from one source and sorted newest/highest Company No first, matching CNT INDEX reading direction.
- Company No is visible in Company INDEX only; the normal Company Master table remains focused on code/name/status/note.
- Upper and lower Company INDEX Copy/TXT controls are provided alongside CNT controls.
- Manual Other Company search remains for uncertain/remembered-existing-company lookup. Company Code manual registration input is removed.
- Confirmed new companies are created only through ONE-PASTE company_name + company_code; issuance still performs similar-name and case-insensitive code-collision checks before saving anything.
- Company search continues to match both company name and Company Code.

CANDIDATE-9 radio independence guard:
- Numbering and Content Identity radio selections are explicitly preserved as separate UI state.
- Changing either axis must not alter the selected value of the other axis.
- No numbering semantics, DB identifiers, folder name, or issuance rules changed.
