# Some Designs Need Time
Today I spent quite a while looking at a logo.
At first, I thought adding more details would make it better.
It didn’t.
The more I added, the heavier it became.
Then someone said something very simple.
“It looks uncomfortable.”
That sentence stayed with me.
After that, I stopped trying to make everything connect.
Maybe a little distance is healthier.
A letter doesn’t have to carry a plant.
A plant doesn’t have to cling to a letter.
They can simply exist together.
I think that’s a better direction.
So I decided not to finish it today.
Some designs improve when you stop touching them for a while.
I’ll look at it again tomorrow.
