Today I learned something unexpected.
People often think AI loses focus because it forgets.
But during a long creative session, I realized something different.
**It wasn’t forgetting.**
It simply had nowhere to keep its thoughts.
When humans work together, we naturally use whiteboards.

Nobody tries to keep everything inside their head.
We externalize our thinking.
So I tried the same approach with AI.
