HUMAN ORDER FIDELITY / CONSTRUCTION INTEGRITY RULE

STATUS

PERMANENT OPERATING RULE

APPLIES TO:

– design

– construction drawing

– red-pen review

– physical construction

– static QA

– independent static inspection

– Runtime / Human Witness where applicable

================================================

0. PURPOSE

Prevent a Human requirement from being weakened,

compressed, assumed away, replaced, or converted into a

different capability while moving through:

Human Order

↓

analysis

↓

construction drawing

↓

red-pen

↓

construction

↓

inspection

The goal is not merely:

“the implementation looks reasonable”

or:

“the UI behaves similarly”

The goal is:

THE FINAL PHYSICAL SYSTEM MUST PRESERVE

THE HUMAN-ORDERED CAPABILITY.

================================================

1. CORE FAILURE TO PREVENT

================================================

A Human-required capability MUST NOT disappear by being

converted into an assumption.

Example:

Human Order:

new ownership can arrive

↓

Product receives it

↓

Product stores it

↓

ownership remains unassigned

↓

later NEW consumes it

INVALID abstraction:

ownership arrives

↓

ownership remains unassigned

The second form silently assumes that the arrival mechanism

already exists.

This is NOT equivalent.

LOCKED RULE:

CAN ARRIVE

!=

HAS ARRIVED

A required state transition MUST NOT be replaced by

a pre-existing state assumption.

Also:

STATE CAN REPRESENT A RESULT

!=

SYSTEM CAN PERFORM THE REQUIRED TRANSITION

Example:

the system can represent:

ownership = N+1

does NOT prove that the system can actually perform:

ownership N

↓

authorized +1

↓

ownership N+1

================================================

2. AUTHORITY LAYERS

Human Order and Locked Handoff are different kinds of

authority.

HUMAN ORDER:

SEMANTIC AUTHORITY

Defines:

WHAT capability must exist.

LOCKED HANDOFF:

CONSTRUCTION / EXECUTION AUTHORITY

Defines:

HOW the accepted capability may be physically constructed

within the approved implementation boundary.

The Locked Handoff may constrain implementation.

It MUST NOT:

– weaken Human semantic authority;

– replace Human semantic authority;

– contradict Human semantic authority;

– silently remove a required capability.

If a Locked Handoff conflicts with Human semantic authority:

STOP.

Do NOT normalize the Human Order to match the Handoff.

================================================

3. REQUIRED HUMAN-ORDER PACKAGE

Before new capability construction, prepare and preserve:

A.

ORIGINAL HUMAN ORDER

B.

STRUCTURED HUMAN ORDER

C.

PHYSICAL CONSTRUCTION DRAWING

These remain linked.

Do NOT discard A or B after C exists.

However:

The three-layer package MAY be inherited by reference when:

– the applicable Original Human Order is already locked;

– the Structured Human Order is already locked;

– the required capability has not changed;

– the new work is a child generation, pinpoint repair,

or implementation continuation under the same authority.

Do NOT regenerate Human-order layers merely because a new

child is being constructed.

If the required capability changes:

update / create the Structured Human Order before drawing.

This rule MUST NOT become an archaeology generator.

================================================

4. STRUCTURED HUMAN ORDER

Each Human requirement must be rewritten into a structured

capability record before first construction.

Minimum fields:

HUMAN INTENT

REQUIRED CAPABILITY

STATE CHANGE / ACTION

AUTHORITY OWNER

PERSISTENCE REQUIREMENT

MUST PRESERVE

MUST NOT SUBSTITUTE

SUCCESS CONDITION

Example:

HUMAN INTENT:

Delivered Refill enters Product-local pool.

REQUIRED CAPABILITY:

Product can receive new ownership.

STATE CHANGE / ACTION:

CURRENT ownership N

+

delivery 1

ownership N+1

AUTHORITY OWNER:

Product-local

PERSISTENCE REQUIREMENT:

The new ownership survives normal Product state persistence.

MUST NOT SUBSTITUTE:

“unassigned quantity can be calculated”

is NOT proof that new ownership can be received.

SUCCESS CONDITION:

Before:

N

Action:

+1 ownership delivery

After:

N+1

Placed ownership:

unchanged

================================================

5. PRESERVE HUMAN VERBS

Human state-change verbs are semantic authority.

Examples:

– arrive

– receive

– add

– remove

– consume

– move

– assign

– unassign

– save

– restore

– reset

– delete

– recover

– lock

– unlock

These MUST NOT be reduced into static nouns only.

Example:

“ownership exists”

does NOT prove:

“ownership can be added”

“history exists”

does NOT prove:

“history can be restored”

“state is readable”

does NOT prove:

“state is writable”

LOCKED RULE:

STATE EXISTS

!=

CAPABILITY EXISTS

================================================

6. CAPABILITY TRACE

Every Human-required capability must have an unbroken trace:

HUMAN INTENT

↓

REQUIRED CAPABILITY

↓

PHYSICAL FURNITURE

↓

STATIC CHECK

↓

RUNTIME / HUMAN WITNESS

where applicable

If a REQUIRED CAPABILITY layer is missing:

DO NOT mark that capability PASS.

Classification:

A.

BLOCKING TO THE REQUIRED CAPABILITY

Example:

Human requires ownership ingress.

Physical ingress does not exist.

Result:

STOP.

B.

NOT YET APPLICABLE AT THE CURRENT STAGE

Example:

Runtime Witness is required later,

but Runtime has not yet been authorized.

Result:

HOLD

or

NOT YET RUN

C.

NON-BLOCKING UNCERTAINTY THAT DOES NOT REMOVE

THE REQUIRED CAPABILITY

Result:

WATCH

WATCH MUST NOT be used to excuse absence of a required

Human capability.

================================================

7. APPLICABLE LIFECYCLE TRACE

For each category REQUIRED BY THE HUMAN-ORDERED LIFECYCLE,

trace the applicable road explicitly.

Possible categories include:

INGRESS

How does new state enter?

STORE

Where is it durably held?

READ

What is the normal authority for reading it?

MUTATE

Who may change it?

CONSUME / PLACE / MOVE

How is it used or transitioned?

REMOVE / RESET

How is it removed or reset, if applicable?

Do NOT infer new requirements from this checklist.

If the Human Order defines a state as:

read-only

append-only

non-removable

immutable

externally supplied

then do NOT invent:

mutation

delete

reset

restore

merely because those categories exist in this rule.

A lifecycle is NOT complete merely because its downstream

consumer exists.

Example invalid PASS:

READ:

PASS

CONSUME:

PASS

PLACE:

PASS

INGRESS:

MISSING

WRITABLE STORE:

MISSING

If Human Order requires ingress and writable storage:

STOP.

================================================

8. CONSTRUCTION DRAWING RULE

The construction drawing must be written while the applicable

Structured Human Order remains available beside it.

For every Human requirement, the drawing must answer:

WHERE IS THIS CAPABILITY IMPLEMENTED?

Do NOT write a clean architecture summary that drops awkward

Human-required capabilities.

Do NOT replace:

“Product can receive new ownership”

with:

“Product-local ownership arrives”

unless the physical arrival mechanism is explicitly represented

or is already locked and inherited by reference.

================================================

9. RED-PEN INPUT PACKAGE

Red-pen review MUST receive:

1.

Original Human Order

2.

Structured Human Order

3.

Construction Drawing

Inherited locked Human-order material may be supplied by

reference where unchanged.

Never review Human-order fidelity from the Construction Drawing

alone.

================================================

10. RED-PEN RESPONSIBILITY

Red-pen must independently check TWO different things.

A.

SOURCE / ARCHITECTURE COMPATIBILITY

Question:

Can this drawing be implemented safely in CURRENT SOURCE?

B.

HUMAN ORDER FIDELITY

Question:

Does this drawing preserve every required Human capability?

These are separate gates.

A drawing may be:

SOURCE-COMPATIBLE

while still being:

HUMAN-ORDER-INCOMPLETE

That is NOT a PASS.

================================================

11. RED-PEN CAPABILITY CHECK

For every Structured Human requirement, red-pen must identify:

Human requirement:

[…]

Drawing location:

[…]

Physical capability:

[…]

Persistence:

[…]

Static proof target:

[…]

Runtime / Human Witness target:

[if applicable]

If red-pen cannot point to the physical capability:

DO NOT PASS IT BY INTERPRETATION.

If Runtime proof is not yet authorized:

mark it:

NOT YET RUN

not:

FAIL

and not:

PASS.

================================================

12. NO SHARED BLIND SPOT

Independent reviewers are not truly independent if they all

use the same incomplete abstraction as their only semantic

authority.

Therefore:

Construction Drawing

alone

MUST NOT be the sole semantic reference for:

– Deputy review

– Foreman red-pen

– static inspection

– third-party vehicle inspection

At least one earlier Human-authority layer must remain available

for fidelity comparison.

================================================

13. CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY

Once accepted:

FOREMAN GO

+

DEPUTY RED-PEN

+

LOCKED HANDOFF

becomes construction authority.

“This seems better”

!=

change authority

During construction, do NOT replace accepted decisions with:

– cleaner helpers

– nicer UI

– different values

– simplified authority

– opportunistic safety repair

– symmetry changes

– refactors

– new abstractions

Such ideas may be returned only as:

WATCH

OPTION

PROPOSAL

They MUST NOT be executed without new authority.

================================================

14. SOURCE CONTRADICTION

If CURRENT SOURCE contradicts the Locked Handoff:

STOP.

Return:

OBSERVED FACT

Do NOT:

– reconcile silently;

– redesign locally;

– reinterpret Human semantics;

– invent authority;

– choose a “better” model.

================================================

15. STATIC QA BOUNDARY

STATIC QA proves:

– required physical road exists;

– required authority target is correct;

– required transition logic exists;

– forbidden authority substitutions are absent;

– expected persistence furniture exists;

– execution boundaries are physically wired as authorized.

STATIC QA does NOT automatically prove:

– the transition actually succeeds at Runtime;

– persistence survives real execution;

– external dependencies behave as expected;

– Human-observed behavior is correct.

Example static checks:

[ ] new ownership ingress road exists

[ ] ingress targets Product-local ownership authority

[ ] +1 transition logic is present

[ ] normal reader resolves the same authority

[ ] downstream NEW consumes from the intended authority

Runtime / Human Witness, where required, proves:

Before:

N

Action:

+1

After:

N+1

LOCKED RULE:

CODE EXISTS

!=

RUNTIME VERIFIED

================================================

16. INDEPENDENT STATIC INSPECTION

Third-party inspection must verify:

DID THE SYSTEM BUILD THE HUMAN-ORDERED PHYSICAL CAPABILITY?

not only:

DID THE SYSTEM MATCH THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWING?

The drawing is evidence.

It is not allowed to erase the Human Order.

Independent STATIC inspection remains STATIC.

It MUST NOT claim Runtime PASS from source inspection alone.

================================================

17. UI IS NOT PROOF OF INTERNAL FIDELITY

Matching UI does NOT prove matching semantics.

Examples:

Same button

Same label

Same visible count

Same screen flow

may still hide:

– missing persistence;

– wrong authority;

– fake derived state;

– wrong lifecycle;

– non-durable mutation;

– shared state where Product-local state was ordered.

Therefore:

UI PASS

!=

SYSTEM PASS

================================================

18. DERIVED STATE RULE

A derived state may be valid where explicitly intended.

Example:

unassigned =

ownership_total – placed_count

But:

DERIVED / READABLE STATE

must never be accepted as proof of:

WRITABLE / RECEIVABLE AUTHORITY

when the Human Order requires a writable transition.

Example:

ownership_total can be read

and:

unassigned can be calculated

does NOT prove:

new ownership can be received.

LOCKED RULE:

STATE CAN REPRESENT A RESULT

!=

SYSTEM CAN PERFORM THE REQUIRED TRANSITION

================================================

19. NO SYMMETRY ASSUMPTION

Products may implement the same Human lifecycle using different

physical furniture.

Allowed:

same semantics

different implementation

Not allowed:

different semantics

same-looking UI

Cross-Product symmetry is NOT itself the requirement.

Human capability fidelity is the requirement.

================================================

20. REVIEW QUESTION TO ASK FIRST

Before approving any lifecycle implementation, ask:

WHAT CAN THE HUMAN / SYSTEM ACTUALLY DO HERE?

Not merely:

WHAT STATE CAN I SEE?

This question should be used especially when CURRENT SOURCE

already contains partial or legacy furniture that makes a

missing capability look complete.

================================================

21. FAST PATH

This rule is NOT authorization for endless archaeology.

If Human Order, Structured Order, Drawing, and CURRENT SOURCE

align clearly:

PROCEED.

Use:

KNOWN / LOCKED

→ proceed

UNKNOWN BUT NON-BLOCKING

→ proceed

UNKNOWN AND BLOCKING

→ one pinpoint check

CONTRADICTION

→ STOP

Do NOT re-prove locked semantics merely because more inspection

is possible.

Do NOT regenerate already-locked Human-order packages merely

because another child or pinpoint repair is being produced.

================================================

22. COST-OF-FAILURE RULE

A missing construction capability that would have taken minutes

to implement correctly at the beginning may create days of:

– archaeology;

– reconstruction;

– cross-Product repair;

– red-pen;

– static inspection;

– regression checking;

– Runtime recovery.

Therefore:

INITIAL HUMAN ORDER FIDELITY

is cheaper than

POST-CONSTRUCTION RECOVERY.

Do not trade away required internal semantics for a faster

surface-level completion.

================================================

23. COMPLETION LEVELS

Completion states MUST remain stage-specific.

PHYSICAL CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE

may be declared when:

– the authorized physical capability has been constructed;

– required construction-stage STATIC QA has passed;

– required independent STATIC inspection has passed,

where that inspection is part of the gate.

This does NOT imply:

RUNTIME PASS

HUMAN WITNESS PASS

OPERATIONAL ACCEPTANCE

FULL SYSTEM ACCEPTANCE

RUNTIME VERIFIED

may be declared only after the required Runtime Witness passes.

HUMAN WITNESS VERIFIED

may be declared only after the required Human Witness passes.

FULLY ACCEPTED / OPERATIONALLY ACCEPTED

may be declared only when all required gates for that capability

have completed.

Therefore the following is valid:

PHYSICAL CONSTRUCTION:

COMPLETE

STATIC:

PASS

RUNTIME:

NOT RUN

HUMAN WITNESS:

NOT RUN

Do NOT collapse stage-specific completion into one global PASS.

================================================

24. FINAL FIDELITY CONDITION

At the applicable completed gate, the following must remain

semantically aligned:

Human Order

Structured Human Order

Construction Drawing

Physical Capability

Inspection must verify alignment appropriate to its stage.

STATIC inspection verifies physical construction fidelity.

Runtime verifies required Runtime behavior.

Human Witness verifies required Human-observed behavior.

Differences in implementation furniture are allowed.

Differences in required Human capability are NOT.

================================================

25. LOCKED MAXIMS

STATE EXISTS

!=

CAPABILITY EXISTS

STATE CAN REPRESENT A RESULT

!=

SYSTEM CAN PERFORM THE REQUIRED TRANSITION

CAN HAPPEN

!=

HAS ALREADY HAPPENED

CODE EXISTS

!=

RUNTIME VERIFIED

================================================
