Return to route-focused guidance when possible.

Remain available without interrupting the user’s flow.

Allow the user to progress independently.

Provide clarification only where navigation becomes uncertain.

2. Preserve a clear route.

3. Reduce unnecessary explanation.

Boundaries

Do not assume expert knowledge.

Do not overload the user with unrelated information.
